Northeast Tech – Afton Campus Overview
About the Afton Campus
Opened in 1973, Northeast Tech’s Afton Campus has served Craig, Delaware, and Ottawa counties for over 40 years. With approximately 500 students, the campus welcomes both high school juniors/seniors and adult learners from these school districts: Afton, Bluejacket, Commerce, Fairland, Grove, Jay, Ketchum, Miami, Quapaw, Vinita, Welch, and Wyandotte.
Programs Offered
Full-Time Career Pathways
Classes run from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
● High school students may attend one session; adults may attend one or both.
● High schoolers complete programs in two years; adults can complete in about one.

Automotive Collision Repair Technology
Diesel & Heavy Equipment Repair
Practical Nursing (adults only)
Short-Term & Evening Classes
Held on nights and weekends. Options include:
● Intro to Computers
● Cabinet Making
● STEM Academy
● Visual Communications
● Welding & Metal Fabrication
● CPR
● Sign Language
Or pick up a schedule at the Afton Campus main office.
Student Info
High School Students
● Can earn up to 3 high school credits per year
● Free to attend if from a partner school district
● Transportation is available or personal vehicle use is allowed ● Transcript Request Form
Adult Students
● Must submit a completed application and high school transcript
● Tuition applies (double for out-of-district)
● Practical Nursing Transcript Request
Admissions & Enrollment
Open Enrollment: Anyone 16+ may apply at any time.
Transfer Credit: Credit for prior training may be granted with transcript submission.
