L.E.A.D. Peer Intervention Programs

1.Our counseling staff will create a diverse peer helper selection plan for peer interventions.

2.Counselors will develop a support system with clear communication.

3.Counselors will then monitor and adjust the program regularly

4.Finally, they will report results to those involved.

All of these steps for implementation and coordination of our peer intervention programs are in accordance with the American School Counselor Association, (2021).
