Kim Hall is the Welch Elementary Principal, Title I Director, and Special Education Director. She is a 1989 graduate of Welch High School. After graduation, She attended NEO A&M College for two years, receiving an Associate of Arts Degree. After NEO, she attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education. She taught special education at Oklahoma Union Public School for eleven years. During that time, she received her Master's Degree from Pittsburg State University in Administration. She became the elementary principal at Welch Public School in 2004.
