My name is Rhonda Mercer. I have taught Pre-K at Welch Schools for the past 28 years. I graduated in 1991 from Missouri Southern University in Joplin, MO with a Bachelor's Degree in Education and an additional certification in Early Childhood. At that time, I never knew what great memories, and friendships this job would provide. It has been an honor and a privilege to be a part of this amazing school. At Welch Pre-K it is our goal to bridge the gap between home and school as we build on a child's academic, emotional and physical abilities. We want our parents to know how important they are to their children and to this school.
