Craig County Health Department will be at the Welch Civic Center August 1, 2025, 1 pm-4 pm for immunizations.

Craig County Health Department also offers immunizations as a walk-in service Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8 am-11 am and 1 pm-4 pm.

The Craig County Health Department will be hosting a back to school immunization clinic at the Welch Civic Center on August 1st from 1-4 to make it more accessible for families to get their back to school immunizations.

In order to get acclimated to the heat, we will be moving softball practice to 9-10:30 AM this week. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

2025 Seniors, your diplomas and graduation packets are available for pick up in the office from 9am - 3pm Monday-Thursday.

**Correction** 📣 Attention Parents of Incoming 7th Graders! 📣 The 2025-2026 school year is almost here! 🎒 ✅ All 7th grade students must have their Tdap booster shot before the first day of school on August 14, 2025 or have a state-approved exemption form on file prior to being admitted. 💉 This vaccine protects against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough) and is required by state law. All exemptions submitted prior to a student entering 7th grade shall expire at the end of the student's 6th grade year. A new exemption request by the parent/guardian should be submitted to the Oklahoma State Department of Health prior to the child entering 7th grade.
